Black Friday: The Day After Thanksgiving When People Lose Their Minds

Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving, and it’s also the day when people lose their minds. It’s a day of chaos, madness, and questionable decisions.

Here are some of the funniest things that happen on Black Friday:

  • People camp out overnight for doorbuster deals. I’m not sure what’s more impressive, their dedication or their ability to sleep on a concrete floor or in tents they got on sale last year.

  • People fight over the last item in stock. I’ve seen people do some pretty crazy things for a bargain, including tackling other shoppers and knocking items out of their hands.

People buy things they don’t need. This is the number one rule of Black Friday shopping: if you see something on sale, you must buy it, even if you don’t need it.

People get trampled by crowds. This is a real thing that happens on Black Friday. People get so caught up in the shopping frenzy that they forget to be aware of their surroundings. Or they are the ones hurting people.

People spend way too much money. Black Friday is a great time to save money, but it’s also a great time to spend a lot of money. People often get carried away and end up buying a lot more than they intended. Spend more money than they can afford.

People get lost in stores. Black Friday is the busiest shopping day of the year, and stores are often packed to the brim. It’s easy to get lost in the crowd and lose track of your friends and family. So if you are not an able-bodied adult then don’t do the Black Friday game.

People get into arguments with store employees. Black Friday is a stressful time for both shoppers and store employees. It’s no wonder that there are often arguments and disagreements. Oh and riots that go viral on social media.

The sales are just as good online so why bother with the madness?
